Did you order to Israel and if not how would you get it(mine is waiting for me in EU)? And was you in first waves of preorders or after they launched shop to everyone?

I preordered with 40euro at 21.5.2013 with Israel address and I got T-shirt..
When they start to send invitations I didn't get it :( and they opened their shop. I decided to purchase (20/12/2013) and I needed to register on shop.jolla.com, but their site not have Israel in the country list (Name & Address = Billing Address) and I should insert the direct address of my friend in Swiss.
But by mistake I wrote my name instead of my friend.
When I completed payment I saw in the order status “Suspected Fraud”, probably because of I wrote address of my friend in the Name & Address = Billing Address form.
I wrote mail to jolla, but no answers... After two days the order status changed to "Payment Review", I saw on my bank account that money is transferred from my account... I wrote mails again and again and when they answered me, the order status changed to "Paid" and they changed shipping address correctly with name of my friend. I waited 2 weeks and 5 days ago I wrote mail to Jolla again (no answers), yesterday I wrote another mail and today they answered with standard answer:

I checked "My Orders" on the shop.jolla.com to see if "Paid" changed to something else, instead to see info about purchasing I see only one sentence "You have placed no orders."
I immediately answered to their answer (see above), but like expected without answer... 2-3 hours ago I wrote them another mail about this problem on the shop site..
Hope they will answer me soon...

I preorded to my friend in Lux with 100 euro ,while billing address was israel, but when i had to pay the rest i had option to send to billing address(israel) but as i felt no sure if it was mistake i decided to ship to Lux and get it from there after :)

I received my Jolla last night, here in South Africa (via a friend who was travelling from the UK).

Do we know if there are any other Jolla owners in Africa or South Africa?

Got an invite to the web shop today!

The phone that I pre-ordered and payed 100€ for, back in May, should now be on its way.

I ordered my jolla on 19.12.2012 and it shipped on 7.1. Now it's in France Carles de Gaulle :)

Finally they answered and restored my info on jolla shop, but again to the same status "Paid" :(

Ok, almost 3 weeks after having contacted Jolla care and still without news about my Fedex tracking number, I decided to send another mail to Jolla care. 15 minutes later, they replied me with a valid Fedex tracking number. Yes! Things happen!
According to this tracking number, Fedex had picked up my order on December 12 and it "almost" arrived to my address on December 17. Since then it's been waiting in the local Fedex facility in south of France. Now I have good hope my Jolla will be there soon :-)

Same for me, stuck in France the whole day yesterday. But now it is in Sweden, I should have it later today!

My Jolla has been finally delivered! It spent a lonesome xmas & nye in a dusty FedEx warehouse in Roden, NL :( but I'll make it up to it :)

Now I need to wait another month or two until I get my hands on it :( , but at least it will be waiting for me on a clean shelf in a warmed up home :)

Mine has been like this since Tuesday. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday (yesterday), but now the ETA says "Not Available" and it's still the same status as it was since Tuesday.. Anyone has an idea whether I should submit a complain/report? If so, to whom & which address?

Ask your friend to contact FedEx on monday because they have some problems with the website. Me too i had a little surprise as it has been cancelled by the sender but it was nothing but a bug on FedEx tracking. Sorry for my english

Based on "Tendered to authorized agent for final delivery", it looks like some third party (i.e. not FedEx) is taking care of the final delivery to you. "At local FedEx facility" might be just an automatic notification once a day without actually scanning the parcel, as the location is generic "SWEDEN - SE" and not a specific FedEx depot.

I have no knowledge why FedEx is using a third party for the final delivery in Sweden, if that is indeed the case. It is crazy FedEx can deliver a parcel from Finland to Central Europe in less than 24 hours, but it takes almost a week to deliver the parcel from Finland to Sweden or Norway!

Thats globalisation for you. There's hardly any three nations on the planet -ignoring Denmark- so close to each other, with so interwined economy, geography, social structure, politics, history and culture.

I could walk between those 3 countries faster, much much faster. I live north enough for that to not even be a joke.

TLDR
Fedex is a joke.

You don't get a mail (at least I didn't), open the webshop. Order details, then click on track your order, copy the tracking code, then go to fedex.com and track it.

Or simply go here and paste your tracking number..
