My device is in status "shipped" for a week now and there's neither a "track your order"-button nor a tracking code somewhere.

It seems that the 'estimated delivery time' shown at the webstore is currently 2-3 weeks instead of 3-4 weeks. So shall we expect that things are speeding up?

Mine departed from Cologne Germany a couple of hours ago, hopefully after touring central europe it will be finally coming to athens

Nope, there's no "Track your Order" thing :3
Tried different browsers (even those without adblock, noscript, ghostery etc) and looked in the source of the website. Nothing.

Edit2: Got a reply from jolla, everything is fine.

I ordered 30th and it's still stuck in shipping. Would be nice if it was sent today as that means that it might arrive tomorrow. Would be like early Christmas. New SSD and Jolla.

PS: Can you see it in fedex tracking with your order number?

I've had packages to Israel take anywhere from a few days (express) to more than a month.

I hope he wrote correct value (or at least some) on the packet. I've had problems sending things where you don't do that and then it gets stuck in the customs for weeks.

Would be really interesting to know how many Jollas are out there in the wild. If order numbers are sequential this could give a clue:)

i ordered about 5 one after the other , due to a problem with the payment, and the numbers are sequential .

Well mine is 6220 and still in picking.

Hopefully they can get more produced and many more sold. On the other hand it's still a largely a prototype device so maybe it's not bad that it ends up with us who actually like that. Normal consumers are far more picky and uninterested in messing around.

True and it's not like they could have dealt with anymore orders they have for the past 30 days. :)

Granted if there was a huge amount of orders they could had also scaled it up and outsource more of their work.

I would imagine when they sort out the OS with our help. Problem then is that what we vote for is most likely not something that the general public would vote for.

Check amount of downloads e.g. for Android support from Jolla store, that should give some glue. Last time I checked it had been downloaded bit over 13000 times.

The android download figure isn't going to be accurate. If you reset your phone, you'll have to download it again. Some people haven't downloaded it once.

I think it doesn't count a re-download with the same Jolla account. I could be wrong, though.

Since order numbers seem to be sequential it's quite easy to estimate number of sold devices.

Question now is why is mine in picking for over 1 week. Do they hate me or what?

Hi Jesper, you're not the last one :D even thought to be honest, i've made my reservation in may but for some problems i've made payment only 2nd January... so now my status is "in picking" since a couple of days ago and now i'm waiting!

I was checking like mad because after my HTC Desire broke down 4 months ago I decided to temporarily use Samsung Europa and wait for Jolla to become available. Europa is simple and cheap but it sucks as a smartphone...
