Same here. Now seems to be stuck at CDG. Predicted delivery time is Thursday according to the tracking. I hope that is correct.

Well, if they keep storing our Jollas in 'Le hub' for another day then indeed we get them on Thursday:).

I thought it may be tomorrow because I'm used to UK level of service where parcels often arrive earlier than tracking estimates.

According to the tracking information it was stored there for exactly 1 day :o Maybe they should write it's not wine and needs no storing :D

Ok, this morning at 8 o'clock was in "transit" to Efex office close to my home... but, nobody at home neither today nor tomorrow so, i'll take a call to see if it's possible to change on the fly the delivery address here to my workplace! we will see...

Somerset - nice place, close to Cornwall and the Ocean. My package is already at Stansted and I'm from London so hopefully FedEx won't confuse directions ;).

Finally, it has arrived. Better late than never.

Pre-ordered it as soon as I got the chance in May, placed the order directly when I received the invitation to the web shop and been waiting since then.

Unfortunately, no additional OtherHalf included in the delivery. Don't know if I'm going to bother with jollaCare to get one.

Mine arrived too. Terminal is awesome.

Now I just wish that the next one is smaller. This one is just slightly too big for easy one handed use.

My hands ar not big at all, but i don't have any problem to use the device with one hand.. maybe sometimes the difficulty is due the "taking in hand" habit position of the terminal .

Dude, contact them. why should you not? Tell them: "Send it or return the 100 Eur you pre-paid ;)" You paid for it so it's yours. not to give to you would be like if customers just paying for half the phone. I don't think jolla would accept that and neither should you!

I hate when its not fair to the customers!!!

Received my Jolla yesterday. The phone exceeded my expectations as a replacement for my trusty N900. It's so good that my colleague had to immediately order one for himself. ;)

Don't know what to say about FedEx's logistics skills though as the package took the following route: Vantaa, FI -> Arlanda, SE -> Roissy Charles de Gaulle, FR -> Kastrup, DK -> Malmö, SE -> Lund, SE. :P

13 000 downloads == sold no way. I still thinks its less than 10 000 also don't forget that some N9 users are so desperate for that android crap that they think it works on sailfish on n9 LOL

Second some has downloaded twice or more. And some not even bother install android and don't even want it on the store (see alot of comments in the store) so I doubt you can use that as statistic how many devices sold...

But as some stated already it does mean its bad... Right now Jolla HW and SW still beta.

And sending back devices, as I have todo because of reboot loop, is really bad if they had this out to > 20000 users...

We are early adapters and means we are beta testers...

Anyway nice see SW moving forward with fresh update today(wish I got no chance test because my device died yesterday DOOH)

So for those getting your devices today upgrade ASAP new firmware version has some recover improvement that make you not have to send device back just because partition gets corrupt like mine.

As the order numbers from the web shop seems to be in the 7000 area and given that the patriotic Finns probably bought a couple of devices via the DNA stores I think around 10000 sold units might be a good guesstimate.

So,

here we are in February, some two months (++) after many of us paid in full for the Limited Edition Other Half plus the phone itself.

I'm one of many who got the red "Coming soon!" card instead of the poppy red cover when I popped open the shipping box. I've waited more than a "few weeks" for this and I'm still waiting.

Has anybody who got the red card received the poppy red LEOH yet?

Today February 7th, my Jolla customer service case was marked as "solved". Unfortunately, according to FeDex, my device is still in Charles de Gaulle airport since... January 16th.

Finally got my Jolla today in USA. Updated to latest Sailfish.

Sad that it only connects to T-Mobile 2G (so far)! I would have been fine if it had connected to it 3G, but 2G? I don't know.

Learning the new toy to use, but I miss my N9 already. I miss the wonderful notification of N9 & low power screen.

It is not bad, but definitely have a big learning curve. Harmattan gestures were more logical, I think. Or maybe because I am so used to it. Let us see!!

Finally, my Jolla arrived today! Although I've got zero communication from Jolla since January 16 and no response to my mails at care@jolla.com, they have successfully shipped the device.

Now I still can't check the package content as my parents need to ship it to my home address in China first. After all that wait, I'm quite confident there must be a TOH LE inside the package.

And I waited and waited until I gave in and sent an email to Jolla Care explaining that I still hadn't received the LE TOH and if they had forgotten me altogether.
That was on the 14th of April.
The day after I got a reply saying they'd look into it.

Today, on the 24th of April, it finally arrived!

I might be the last early customer in Norway to receive the Poppy Red Limited Edition "The Other Half", it's been a long wait, but I'm well happy for getting it at long last and loving it.

Well done Jolla!!
