Actually refrain at the moment is delivery within 3 to 4 weeks of taking payment. And since the first payments (that I am aware of) were back on 21st or 22nd November that leaves little time for those orders

Assuming the Jollas are made in China, then shipped to Finland, is it possible that Jolla are running their own Quality Control in Finland before shipping internationally?

Finnish customers can take faulty/bricked* devices to DNA to get replaced/reflashed, but those who purchase internationally will have to send them back. This obviously would cost both the customer and Jolla more money.

So maybe the lag is due to QA?

*Rainisto posted elsewhere that currently bricked devices have to be sent to Jolla care to be reflashed. In Finland DNA can take care of that, but international customers will have to ship theirs back to Finland

This thread is depressing. Jolla said 3 to 4 weeks after ordering. There's no need to second guess their logistics or whine unless they miss that deadline.

Patience is required.

I fear I don't quite get the spreadsheet. Does "changed" mean the date you were invited to shop and completed the order? And I see the people are neatly categorized there by country. How do I get "in line" with the rest of the Finns (never used google spreadsheet)?

Yeap, the "changed" is the day that you paid or whenever it changed to Shipping or otherwise. Somebody is clearly tidying it up... I bet that spreadsheet works much better in gChrome than in Firefox. But worry not, that gSpreadsheet is in GA, as opposed to Sailfish's Beta state. So I'm sure it works well ;-)

Changed means the date on which the order status changed.

Here in Holland we got Sinterklaas, bringing presents to children on 5 December. Every year there is a daily tv program about the progress he's making coming from Spain by boat. And every year some disaster happens, which could ruin the 5 December party. Luckily, just in time everything sorts out and the children will get their presents.

Last night I woke up from a nightmare. Santa Claus coming from Lapland with a sled, white packages with fingerprints stacked up high. Suddenly the sled got stuck in the snow and wouldn't make it in time for Christmas!

I'm afraid I will relive this nightmare for the next couple of weeks. Maybe everything will sort out just in time...

In Itella's homepage it's said you get the notification of the arrival of your package the next day it's arrived in Economy class deliveries, which Jolla seems to have chosen. So I could've picked my phone today, and almost went to post office to check if it's arrived, but then I decided not to due to possibility of wasting time (it might have not arrived yet), and one day doesn't make that much difference anyways.
But good to know I can go pick it up any time tomorrow.

Or if he manages to solve that problem in timely manner, maybe the lack of snow down there south will cause santa to finally give it up and go home. It's disaster either way! :D

Had to go check the details of the shipping of my t-shirt. From the time it was picked up at the warehouse until it was available for me to pick up at my local post office it took three work days (plus a weekend when it was stuck in the norwegian postal system). Including customs inspection and processing.
That means if they manage to ship tomorrow I could have it by the weekend.

I do not have a phone tracking number yet. However, looking back to the T-Shirt shipment tracking records, it arrived really fast. It was shipped on 30.07.2013 at 05:02 o'clock from Finland and already next day 31.07.2013 at 09:03 o'clock I received it in Tallinn / Estonia from the courier. So, I hope to receive my Jolla phone soon... :)

My pre-order was in june... number was 17xx, paid-number 41xx - still status is "paid" so... I will get it because allready paid... Doesn't matter if someone from "normal people" get this before me... Hugs for everyone...

My opinion is that 1 is for mail/notification in Finnish, 2 for English.
(I'm in Finland, I used English in my communications with Jolla and I got a order nr. 2xxxxxxxx)

I've got 3xx number and still paid, but speaking of beanie, anyone wants to trade? It looks great and would love to complete my Jolla set, hopefully will get some unlike powers with the t-shirt and beanie. (all 'soon' turn to insta! dream on)

EDIT: please Jolla folks who read this, suggest opening a web-shop for merchandise, I'd happily pay for a beanie, probably not the only one
