Incredible ...It shouldn't even be a question of defending oneself and their legal and legit copyrights and trademarks.

Dangerous precedents are being set...and it seems it isn't about who the legit owner is...but about how much money you have to bully with...to take away something from someone else.
Wow ...it is starting to look completely not worth making ANYTHING simply because someone with billions comes along and decides to take it from you.

Crooked swindlers. (hmm...note to self-...check and see if that statement is a double negative)

I'll have to agree with @dave999 here, China is a bit different kind of animal. Even as now they kind of have something like an IPR legislation, it has been written so that no non-native party can ever win in the courts.
Kind of reminds me of USA, that... :D:D
