I have no problem with the dataconnection in the Events View (as of now) and everything works just like before.

EDIT:
The way it is handled in DataConnection.qml has now changed and I don't have the time to investigate it further. If anyone has any problems, they have to wait. I am not experiencing any problems, so I didn't see any reason not to share my work (with a big pre-release warning on Github :) ).

EDIT 2:
That being said, the mobile connection switch sometimes didn't work for me even in U13 (with your patch), so it likely wasn't a definite fix. I see that Jolla itself is making changes towards universal use (for the new Events View).

i have a fixed versions for this patch and some other ones for myself, but have no time to release it yet, sorry.

Sneak Peak does work but only if you've already enabled Sneap Peak before updating to 1.1.6

Well it immediately went away when I shut off the Jolla with mobile data toggle set to off and started anew. It was no longer grayed out.

Can someone confirm?

Uploaded v0.1.8 SailfishOS Calendar Patch to OpenRepos.

This should fix the issue with not respecting Week starting on Monday Setting and displaying dates incorrectly when launching the app. It should follow the setting now. You may still need to close Calendar and restart it or swipe between months for some settings to take effect.

Please unapply and uninstall previous version and reinstall new version for it to work correctly.

First it worked but now its nearly greyed out all the time. The problem still exists with coderus new version too...

Hi Coderus, I tried to recommend you on LinkedIn but when I click the link I get an error - even if I'm already logged on. I don't really know LinkedIn very well, but if it's a common issue you may be getting fewer recommendations that you deserve. Thanks for these! I like!

And small bug in launcher combined patch. I am using 5 columns and when using this show labels in edit mode is cliked on, and show labels of first row is off, then it still shows these first row items names.

But when removing tap from show labels in edit mode, then it does not show labels on first row.

And for this eventsview notification swipe patch, my phone installation gets error.
-> my warehouse was trying to install this 0.0.1-1 even there is this 0.0.2-1
-> now when tried third time to open warehouse. Opened this 0.0.2-1 as should :)
-> works fine

Tried to install this sneak peak, but did not install. -> 0.0.2-1

Interesting!!! I don't even know what feature you are talking about. Are you talking about adding birthday to a contact, while editing? It seems to work with patch enabled.

Can you explain?

I have same issue, and yes, it happens when I edit a contact and want to add a date (birthday, anniversary,...).

In my case, if I disable the patch doesn't work fine too, I had to unistall the patch

I hadn't been using this feature. I just added a birthday to a contact and viewed that in the calendar. So it is working on my phone.

Are you using the Sailfish v1.1.6.27? I am still on 1.1.4.29 on my Nexus 5. Maybe it is an issue with the latest version. I will get my Jolla tonight, update it and check it.

for me its not working. however iev managed to install 5x6 grid menu. but the rest of the patches just wont work. i cant even uninstall them via warehouse app.

Hello everyone. From me broke the screen https://together.jolla.com/question/...fications/%29,. And It is possible to continue to use the phone if you make a mod "screen in reverse landscape" . On the Nokia N9 in "Home Screen Settings" it was possible to do it. Does it really make mod?

Of course rebooted.... Excellent! I'll wait for the patch. That would be great because the display is very bad, the repair JOLLA does not and offers to contact the retail store where the phone was bought and use Android software, you cannot press the back button. And to use at to eventsview page impossible.

I've updated my upcoming events in calendar patch. Only two changes:
Increased the font size
Fixed the issue where the penultimate event would repeat if there is an odd number of events.

I think it is not needed anymore, as its functionality (showing the contact number) has been implemented in the last release (1.1.6).

If you want you can use my package (https://db.tt/BVK3Vw0e). It's combination of Velimir's patch (number under name) and Muppis's patch (show timestamp).

Ok, I didn't see that you have to hold long to see the number.
Unfortunately that's exactly not what I want. The patch allowed to see right away who called me from which number and related to the current time I could directly understand if it makes sense to call back that number or switch for example to another number.

base-better-calllog?

It is not a stand-alone package, it comes bundled with Sailfishos patches (base).

Ok, here is updated version of Combined Call log patch.
Now it will check if "base-better-calllog" installed and will unapply it. Also it will unapply and uninstall "CallLog timestamps for yesterday".
I did some tests with both my and better call log. If you will apply both patches, it will break Phone app. If you will unapply one of them it will restore Phone app.
Don't forget to run this as USER after apply/unapply patches:

systemctl --user restart voicecall-ui-prestart.service

or refresh homescreen.
