This Inoi R7 is a property of Open Mobile Platform Russia and it wasn't cost me anything (I mean no money, just some working for OMP).

I have another offer from OMP Russia - they will give me new Jolla C phone, but I should pay for delivery (not a problem) and do some work (this is a problem, because I don't have enough time (at least now)).

As I still know no better place to report issues with Patchmanager Patches, which have been solely released at Patchmanager's web-catalog:

@jakibaki, your Patch Back-Button Gesture for Android-Apps does not work as intended, anymore: It switches to the home screen (i.e., puts the foreground Android app in the background), instead of triggering an (emulated) press of the Android back-button.
The original back-button is working fine, though.

Observed on an Xperia X (with its AOSP 4.4.4 based AlienDalvik) under SFOS 3.0.2 with Patchmanager 3.0.57. As I have not used this Xperia X much early this year, this issue may have appeared under SFOS 3.0.1 or 3.0.0, already (but I missed to observe it).
Side note: Back-Button Gesture for Android-Apps 1.0.3 is still installing and applying fine under SFOS 3.0.{0, 1, 2}.

In contrast to that Back-Button Gesture for Android-Apps 1.0.3 is working fine on a Jolla 1 (with its AOSP 4.1.2 based AlienDalvik) under SFOS 2.2.1 with Patchmanager 3.0.57.

Thanks for pointing to Aliendalvik Control, as it is a prerequisite for Back-Button Gesture for Android Apps.
Yes, I missed to mention that I use Aliendalvik Control 9.0.1 under SFOS 3.0.2 (on the Xperia X), in contrast to Aliendalvik Control 1.1.0 under SFOS 2.2.1 (on the Jolla 1).

Voice call combined patch and Top menu control does work in Xperia X. Devicelock faith text doesn't.

As Japsi says, Devicelock faith text is the only one that does not work in "developer mode" in PM.
Working:

• Hide recent contacts from People app
• Gallery image zoom
• Disble volume warning
• Ultimate statusbar patch
• Voicecall combined patch
• Show total partition size in Storage
• Remorse items timeout controls
• Return old pulley menu
• Return old remorse popup animation
• Return old remorse item animation

Also working (not yours):

• Don't start or end events at midnight

@kneely, they all work when you enable "developer mode" in Patchmanager.

Every patch has an attribute telling Patchmanager (PM) the OS version compatibility. Installed but incompatible patches are highlighted in red and PM refuses to apply them. But patches often address files that have not changed between OS versions. Enabling developer mode turns off the OS version compatibility check, allowing thrse patches to work.

All three on your list work like that.

Last issues I had with configuring Devicelock faith text and the layout of its output was more than a year ago, but I don't use SFOS 3.0.3 yet.

@Fellfrosch, can you please be more specific, what exactly does not work in (or with) Devicelock faith text for you?

Don't worry, they are working fine.

Except for "Device lock faith text" (already discussed), as an emergency call feature seems to be available in the regular (unpatched) device-unlock-screen since SFOS 3.0.3 (I have not tried it yet). Edit (2019-05-15): This emergency call feature was long available, it is just the layout of the unlock-screen in landscape orientation, which was altered (and confused me).
Unfortunately Jolla did not implement the option to display ICE ("in case of emergency" / "medical card") information, which "Device lock faith text" nicely provided, so this functionality is currently lost (Edit: plus the "faith text" proper and the option for a preset number to call).

@ancelad, I just corrected yesterday's message:
Just the layout of the unlock-screen in landscape orientation was altered (from SFOS 3.0.2 to 3.0.3), this seems to be the only change there (apparently affecting Devicelock Faith Text to be applied and its layout in landscape orientation likely needs to be adapted).

About topmenu I may agree.
But eventsview? I used it to have a custom text when no new notifications were there. This is not obsolete! Or am I getting something not right?

I just noticed some small (not critical ;)) quirk within 'Lockscreen Analog Clock'.
There are distinct check boxes for
'Enable weather-apo launch from locckscreen'
and
'Enable 5-days forecast'

But enabling one of them will allow the other feature on Lockscreen as well.
