EDIT: I've uploaded a new .torrent file with a whole lot of trackers, it's tested to work now. I'm online 24/7, not with a very high upload rate but given enough time it should be easy to download it all.

I got a mirror of downloads.maemo.nokia.com

I won't be uploading an http accesible repository yet, but I've created a .torrent file to help distribute this whole image. It includes ovi files too.

It certainly isn't as convenient as a full accesible repository, but if you're interested in just one .deb, you can always fire up your torrent client and choose that file for download.

I'd really like for at least one or two people to download the whole package, just in case I happen to lose it or whatever. After that, I will consider making public an http accesible repository for everyone to apt-get install from it.

I have the same issue. It freezed on 'connecting to peers 0.0%'. μTorrent 3.4.2, if that matters

Same issue as zxcvbnm3230, using Transmission. May be the tracker, yeah, maybe post/share it to another one?

KEYEXPIRED means exactly what it says on the tin.

Hint: take the repo URL, slap https in front of it instead of http and point your browser to it.
https://mirrors.muarf.org/'s certificate expired nearly a year ago. It's up to you whether you trust it or not.

Just checked and it seems they/he just ordered a new certificate from cacert.or. Nevertheless (or of course) neither N9 nor N900 accept that cert. Did not check on big gun...

Just tried with "the big gun" (Firefox) and got a different result from yesterday.
Yesterday it said cert expired on 13/06/2014.
Today it says, "The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided."

(Edit: that's because it is a self-signed certificate. Again, your call whether you trust it or not but keep in mind that 1) Nokia's certificates had been invalid for a while before the repo went down and 2) you do not have much choice.)

Not on my N900. But checked files and content looks fine. So only guess I have -you have modified files on Windows?- that there are DOS line endings lf/cr and not UNIX style?

back on N900, scratch above.
Content and format of install files are okay. After downloading, a simple click in FileManager opens HAM and it installs fine.
But not when opening page directly via browser. Maybe needs execute rights on your server or to be stored in binary or whatever http magic ;)

I still do not understand what is going on here:

Some weeks ago my phone worked fine with the repos I found in the forum here - now HAM and update does not work anymore, I can't install apps anymore, everything seems to be dead again.

Is this thread here related only to some Nokia files - or is the complete repository down?

If so, how shall it work in future? If I add the 2 links 2 posts above, I have an update/access to an update as far as I understand - and how does further updates come to our phones?

Edit: Got it, working again. I still had 2 Nokia-repos activated....disabled them and now it seems to work again!

wanted to re-activate my old N900 for using it as a mobile WiFi Hotspot. Flashed firmware and set it up new but then got stuck with missing wireless-tools and no chance to install it. Now, after reading and searching for a few evenings I found and managed to work through this post, updated the catalogues as mentioned above and finally - WORKS !

So, thanks again. Still impressed by teh phone and the community - go on and prosper !

I'm also looking for a Symbian Ovi store mirror but I found no one.
Instead, you have some other symbian appstores :
- first the Opera Store, which is the official successor of Ovi store => not all apps were migrated
- the Symbian developpers appstore => make a backup asap, it will close soon !
- the currated appstore of stevelitchfield => most of the app are available for free, some links point to the ovi-store, and some apps are not free
- the Lucas Facana appstore => not updates since last year, but at least the soft is free, and it's easy to make a mirror of the server.
- the schumi1331 appstore
- and finally, there is this kind of website all around the web.
