I am no expert, but I think that may be it, they have spotted a device change.

Look in /home/user/.config/scorpius/yappari.log

See this for info on unbanning if that is the case.

doubt is, how to know if im banned or not. when i open yappari it opens and closes itself. and in status it shows disconnected. so does it mean banned or?? status bar- DISCONNECTED

PLEASE search this thread - there is a function at the thread top that searches just this thread and not the forum.

Truth is, I never have had a problem so I don't know the procedure offhand, but I do know that there are many posts on this topic.

Try the words "banned", "unbanning".

SORRY. dont know how to insert that log in small file. i have almost 10 logs like this. which one can help you guys? plz suggest a way.

Delete that post, please using the Edit button and delete post function.

Log files are text files and human readable.

i have 2 folders, cache, logs.. then 2 files, chats.db and roster.db...i pasted from logs folder. anything wrong or missing?
