Today my whatsup stopped connecting.. :(((

Starting new connection

Retry the connection in 10 seconds.

How to determine if my number is banned?

Update: Whatsup on N9 does not connect too...

Same here..not banned 'cause android whatsapp doesn't avoid me to register..

Same here on Sailfish & N9.

My Nokia S40 from work informs me about an update of whatsapp to version 2.12.89. Maybe there was some kind of change in the protocol.

Just wanted to report that since a couple of hours I'm getting the exact same error... Having been using Whatsup for a while now, only registered once with my Jolla, never had any problems.

Love the app, thanks a lot for creating and maintaining it Cepi! Hope it gets fixed :)

Seems like a proper fix to me, however, I have no idea where to change the 'resource' line for Whatsup. I checked out ~/.config/cepiperez/whatsup.conf but it's not in there. I guess it's hard-coded into the application itself?
