Running LXQt (Lightweight Qt Desktop Environment) on Jolla?
Would it possible to run LXQt on Jolla, like we have LXDE on the N900 and N9?
Would be very nice to have a desktop environment on Sailfish OS, especially now that TOHKBD is just around the corner! :) |
Re: Running LXQt (Lightweight Qt Desktop Environment) on Jolla?
i cant see any reasons not to? unless its written in Qt 4.8.

I think it builds using cmake rather than pro files.

Re: Running LXQt (Lightweight Qt Desktop Environment) on Jolla?
Semms it (0.9 version) requires qt5.3
Not sure how that matters too much. But surely needs some adjustements |
Re: Running LXQt (Lightweight Qt Desktop Environment) on Jolla?
also attempting to compile directly on the device yoelds no results as there seems to be an issue with the cmake command and.paths
