Is it possible to copy all contacts from Nitdroid to Harmattan?

Not sure but you can try this until someone tells you for sure:

1. Send them via bluetooth on another phone
2. Backup contacts with all extensions you can in pc
3. Sync contacts with gmail

install some app exporting contacts to vcf and save it

You can use Enchange to backup/sync contact and then sync it inside Harmattan.
