It's a N9 proto device with JTAG connector instead of sim card (ultra rare B2.1 Wing device).

If anybody want to see others pictures of the jewel let me know here.

Well. Looks like this (not my device, but i did same)
So. Yeah. It is kinda fixed. Really. needs soldering to get unfixed again.

Was hoping pictures from yours will reveal other methods. :)

JTAG connector is only for debugging once it's connected. It's not RS233 connector.
You know what are the differences btw both?
You want to connect your rs232 cable to a pc for what? Can you explain me in details please?

What application you will use on your pc? Flasher?

nb. as i know the jtag connector need to be connected to a device before the pc. For exemple:

http://www2.lauterbach.com/pdf/trace_arm_etm.pdf

How this hardware works? It's complicated.

Thanks

Does the adapter come off? Or is it fixed on device?

Adapter is fixed on device. It comes attached to device.
Jtag is only for debugging right? Isn't same as rs232...
Where can I connect it? On what hardware? Without Lauterbach...
What software can i use for it? Any idea...
If you can explain me in details please.

You can (i suppose, i dont have this) use the jtag to directly program the flash chip. Say, recover from even the worst hard-brick, since you direvtly connect to the NAND.
Yes, you need a jtag programmer, and soft. Something like this http://www.modularcircuits.com/blog/...ag-programmer/

Re: Nokia N9 prototype B2.1 (ultra rare Wing device with JTAG)

You usually use the software that came with the JTAG adapter. This can be vendor specific.

Re: Nokia N9 prototype B2.1 (ultra rare Wing device with JTAG)

I think you need Phoenix service software and possible some box that connects your jtag/pc/Phoenix altogether

Where can I find good box to connect jtag n9? Is my jtag connector is a mictor 38 connector?
Is usb port to jtag will work with my device? And with phoenix service software.

Edit: Is this one compatible?

https://www.segger.com/j-trace-arm.html

Edit2: How can I use phoenix service software with a jtag mictor 38 pins? Is there any tuto please?
