Folks,

I am still struggling with myself.
But looking back at my third council season I have to admit that I could/did not spent as much time as it should have been necessary. And it looks like that this situation will not change the rest of the year.
So I most probably will not cancidate another time. This does not mean that I will not more support council/community. And I will (read: will, not may) participate in meetings...
(and does not exclude a later candidation in next term(s))

The most appreciated volunteer for me is juiceme!

Hopefully another volunteer will step up so we run for a 5-councilor seat.
There is still one day left.

This, only 5 candidates, would mean we loose 2 out of these 5 as councilor.
I for myself would love to have them all. And I do know that an only-3-seated council term is not so nice.
So please another one step up and announce his canditation on maemo-community ML, please. Still some time ...

Thanks for the nomination, Niel, but i think there are much better candidates for this job...
due to lack of time (which we all have) i wouldn't be able to do this job good enough....
But if i can help somebody of the maemo/meego/sailfish community - i will always do so... ;-)

Ok, due to my state of indetermination regarding my candidacy, I decided to let the other candidates decide... :)
I asked them if they want to serve in a council of 5 and also potentially don't mind my presence, or if they want to serve in a council of 3 or prefer to do the job without me. 5/5 said I shall throw my hat in the ring again. So I here it goes:

Dear Community,

in order to enable a Council of 5 instead of 3 seats, I'll also step up again.
Very small introduction in note form:
- community member since 2012
- Hildon Foundation Board member since 2013
- Maemo Community e.V. creator and founder in 2014
- Current Council member
- simple N9 user still unsure about his next device and sadly no Linux expert :(

Since I've already put quite some efforts in the continuance of maemo society, It'll be my pleasure to continue doing so.
