Includes: original box with boxes/documents, silicon case, headphones (used few times), generic charger.

Condition I would say is fair, it has been used a lot, was in a drawer half a year or so. There is a minor scratch (visible) on screen, crack near 3.5mm jack, and wear and tear on the back.
It's fully functional, all functions working as intented.
PR 1.3 is flashed, also n9quicktweak/faster n9, otherwise all is stock.

Currently I got only one N9 in nearly mint condition(after recasing) and want other replacement as daily driver.
I'm linux/bash/terminal/meego fanatic, so it will end up in good hands at least ;-)

Should people care? I think they should. Not for the sake of eBay, screw them. But for the sake of other eBay customers. It is unfair for them. By listing something on eBay you not only enter a contract with eBay but also with millions of their customers. It is a contractual promise to sell that item to the highest bidder. By selling it elsewhere you break that promise.

You have to option to remove an item tho ? As long as it's not in the final day or something.

I'd rather someone remove it than me get it for a bargain price only to be told a load of bull as to why they can't send it....
