The name of the repo doesn't matter. It is supposed to follow the name scheme with $DEVICE at the end.

The community common repo already had the right URL so i didn't need to change this, that's why i don't added the hammerhead at the end.

By the way, update went through without the old bug from cm12.1 :)

The old bug was that the update process stopped at some point and you needed to restart. Also the update process was very slow and took ages to finish.

Well this is very good news then those issues are gone. :)
I will try to update of my rom to 3.2.1.19 and report. (But I am not promising that today.)
As you see on telegram I am still struggling with getting the gui working on my S7 port. It sounds bad but I am proud that I could gone so far. Of course the goal is to have a working Sailfish on my S7. Hopefully slowly I will be there.

Now I am trying to update to 3.2.1.19

Edit: Maybe it is only the server but the downloading packages bit is very slow. It's been running for a while and it is only at 65%. (02:45)

Edit: And it is finished (03:10) Booted up and the version is 3.2.1.19 (Nuuksio) in About product.

How is it with the latest version - is there still that video recording not working issue? But otherwise basically everything else is supposed to be ok?

Eveeything works, except video recording and bluetooth calls which have very bad quality (same as old Sailfish version based on CM12).

Yep, this is true. As the cm12.1 base hasn't changed under this new version, the things that didn't work on 3.2.0.12 won't work on 3.2.1.19 either.
I can confirm the rubbish sound on bluetooth calls.
Although I only have used it with my bluetooth radio transmitter in my car.) It works, buts for calls it sounds hmm.. funny. :)
Interestingly the same transmitter used for playing music from Nexus 5 via bluetooth sounds very good.

And the marriage of AD and the latest Sailfish OS is a perk. :D

Question:
In the native internet browser on some websites I need to tap 'below' the input box or button instead of 'on' the item be able to put the cursor into the input box or 'click' on the button. :eek:
Do we have workaround for this because it is very annoying. :mad:
Plus some website doesn't recognize the selected value in a dropdown list, which is also annoying. (Opera either cannot handle some sites and Firefox is crashing very often.)

My cm14.1 port isn't finished. Who wonders, video recording doesn't work.

I also tried to backport bluetooth driver to enable bluez5, but this doesn't work correctly either. It tatkes ages too find other bluetooth devices and it doesn't pair.

Have also included the anbox binder stuff in the kernel, but first i'd like to fix the rest.

But with other devices i meant officialy supported ones from Jolla.

Rearding your S7 port, like i told you on irc, i would build some problematic packages with a lower revision. Maybe it was something added that the S7 doesn't like since driim build his version.
He released his build at the beginning of 2018, so i would ignore all commits to qt5-qpa-hwcomposer since the beginning of 2018 and test that.

Congratulations for your cm14.1. I understand it is not complete yet but at least have a working gui. :)
Does your cm14.1 build work in multirom setup? If it does I am happy to help with testing or something else.

I am very curious for the anbox part. Unfortunately in AD I got two more apps that stopped working because of the old android. Soon it will be entirely obsolete, so we need native apps or anbox or just purchase an officially supported device.

Probably I will ask a XA2 with Sailfish OS license from Father Christmas. :)

I have read that advice but honestly I don't now how to build only one package with a lower revision.
If you knew, I would very much appreciated if you could let me know.

Since sdk 3.2.1.20 is out, here are the new repos for updating edp17 build:

Please remove all other adpatation-something repos before updating.

Is it worth to update to the lastest version? I mean, I am still getting used to the latest 3.2.0.12 and I am setting everything up with pathces & co, so I wouldn't like to mess it up if there is no major improvement.

I have the calendar app with the week starting on Sunday, how to fix it? I've searched around and it seems to be an old bug which should have been fixed long time ago.

This is up to you. I have updated and so far don't see/get any issues. I didn't switch off any patches and the update went through properly. The only thing I have done was disabling the openrepos and the old adpatation-something repos with ssu dr.

This is odd as I haven't seen this. Are you using my build or something else? You may try to reinstall (remove and install) the calendar again?

I use that too but it starts with Monday for me. Do you have any additional calendars added? In the app if you go to Manage calendars, what do you see? I have only Birthdays and Personal listed.
If you have an additional calendar source where the week starts with Monday, therefore it may have an impact on the others too.
What time zone are you using? If you change that to a different one (e.g. London) does it changes the start day of the week in calendar?

(I also generated a 3.2.1.20 image but didn't post it yet, only I will if somebody finds that useful.)

Did you figure out the issue of the calendar? I tried but haven't found anything. If you use multirom, it might worth to install as a separate rom and see how the calendar looks like there.

No I didn't find any solution. I am using it with multirom and my old CM12 based 2.0.4.13 version did not have this problem.
As solution I am trying to get used to it :D

Does someone else experience the same calendar problem?

I have updated my signature where from you can download the 3.2.1.20 version. (This is for fresh install, not for upgrade! You will lose your data/settings, so please install as a separate rom or do a backup.)

A few weeks back I asked whether you use multiple calendars or syncing to somewhere.

The reason of my question was, as daily driver I have been using these builds since the wip16 version and didn't experience this behaviour.
(Honestly when I was looking for the perfect combination of Sailfish, AD and SFDroid, I have tried all Sailfish version that is/was available for the Nexus 5, from version 1.1.9.28 until this latest 3.2.1.20, plus some other versions for other devices and have never came across this issue.)

I think the issue is related to the en_US.utf8 locale. Switching the system language to Italian solves the issue and brings back Monday as first day of the week. I'll investigate further if I can keep English as system language and the Italian locale settings.

Hello edp17, is your sailfish 3.2.1.20 version based on cm-12.1-20160704-UNOFFICIAL-hammerhead.zip, I flash cm-12.1-20160704-UNOFFICIAL-hammerhead.zip failed,alaways stuck in google logo(boot up).but I can flash other cm12 or cm13 image, sucessed. And I also use different twrp version,no one sucess.please help! thanks

The CM version is correct, use the correct version of TWRP and report here if it works!

As you see ,I used three different twrp vesion,twrp multirom 2.6 ,twrp multirom 3.0,twrp 3.3(the latest for nexus5),All flash cm12.1-20160704 failed,cm13 sucessed. So can you share your twrp img? Please give me a link address,thank you!
