What I do find funny, is that there is no HERE Maps on Jolla C, yet there is a "HERE GPS assistance" section.

That still makes sense - they are probably still using the HERE provided AGPS and/or WiFi positioning service.

Behavior on 2.0.3.11 is:
Some app is in foreground, like navi or mediaplayer. Call comes in, the call app is being shown. After call ends, and call app closes itself, the last active app is brought back to foreground.

On 2.0.2.45, AquaFish, the behaviour is as explained for 2.0.3.11 release.

Thanks Lal!
Phewww, that was bugging me.
I went the length and reseted one of my spare jollas and upgraded again step by step along the version stages and tested since when this is implemented.
Turns out, it is "new" since Saimaa 2.0.0.1 :D
Now i got a question to close.

Yep... Can confirm, the terminal bug (Home/End buttons) is still here (2.0.3.11). Also recording option not here like TMavica said...
Updated both tablet and Jolla1, for now all is good, just missing some patches like swipe to lock for example..

Have same options as eminem for call recording, tested and is working.

It seems I am also one of lucky ones who doesn't have 4G problem -- my operator is Si.Mobil (part of Vodafone), Slovenia.

Anyone else having problem with taking pictures? My camera does focus and everything but not saving/taking the shot when pressing the shutter button. :( Whereīs the error log for that? :)
Filming works and using two diffrent android photo apps works flawless too.

Hi there!
Using J1 I upgraded to 2.0.3.11, but I couldn't get rid of the "OS Update available" (back to 2.0.1). Does this happen to you all?
Forgive me if this is already answered elsewhere...this is almost my first post here (but been using N9 - Jolla1 long time & following this forum)
Thanks all

Working fine for me. What is not working? If it doesn't show your music you can try deleting the database.

I don't know if it's the same issue, but Media App doesn't open since I updated to 2.0.2.45.

If I try to run it from Terminal, I get this error:
"error while loading shared libraries: libjolla-mediaplayer.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Anybody know how can I solve this issue?

Hi Carmen! Have you tried to issue the "version --dup" once again or even multiple times?
As a file is missing according to the error, it could be possible your update to 2.45 was not completed or had errors.

Thanks for your answer, mosen!!
Yeah, I tried again with version --dup, but nothing happens. Finally I came back to 2.0.1.11 (factory reset). I hope 2.0.2 or 2.0.3 will be available soon for J1 and Jolla Tablet.

I am not sure that is a good thing. If you plug it in before you go to bed, it will charge for 2 hours and then cut off, discharging again for the rest of the night. So you wake up to 85% battery power instead of expected 100%.

I have around 98%-95% in the morning and was questioning myself where that could come from. Now that i observed it i saw 100% for the first time. If it actually longers Battery life, i am all for it.
Looks like the power cut is disabled around 80-90% and it then charging again? Else i would expect lower values to start in the morning as you also mention.
Also, if cut from charger, the drop from 100% to 98% or even 96% happens within minutes so the calibration is questionable imho.

Re: unofficial SailfishOS 2.0.3.11 Espoonjoki

Did anyone try the screenshot feature implemented in OS (pressing volume up and down simultaneously for 500ms)? I figured it is already there in 2.0.2.45. The screenshot images generated are huge in size. For a comparison, in-OS screen cap snapped a 1.5MB image while the Screenshot application from openrepos created a 200kB file of the same screen. Both are 720X1280 images. I couldn't find a quality improvement in the larger file, at least on the phone screen. It is a welcome feature anyway!

pichlo 2016-07-28 13:36

Re: unofficial SailfishOS 2.0.3.11 Espoonjoki

I can confirm, albeit only on 2.0.2.48. Two older screenshots taken by the Openrepos app are 46 and 76 KB respectively, a screenshot taken now by the volume press is 610 KB.

LiPO battery is nasty bastards if overcharged. Probably a security thing.
