I hope they finalize or include tablet refund in this blog post/future Xperia X deal to get more people included and backing them instead of using android iOS.

I can happily way another year or two for sailfish for Xperia if that is needed to get the money to make Sail a fair OS again.

I read it like this

"We are working to release an update regarding the 2nd half of refunds. It (update)should be released in a few days if everything goes as planned."

If they Simply don't have the money and are nowhere with 2nd refund, just planning to write a line, why add a disclaimer?

There are are lot of "should, if, working on" in that statement.
But they promise nothing but an update on the situation

The disclaimer is in favour of the tm "soon"

PS! I do support SailfishOS. It's the only choice ATM. And works great, even on many community devices

It is sure only coincidence in timing.
But a good conspiracy theory would be jolla waiting for chen to confirm he can ship so they can offer backers the refund as a discount to the actual tablet. :D :rolleyes: :eek: :o

Why should jollas problems transfer to Chen?

Then Finnish government should pay the bailout for jolla. Or the Russian government which pretty much own jolla through a hostile takeover. So in the end Putin is ultimately responsible for jolla since the board is decided by, and reports to Putin. (Which everyone can read on their www page.
