The Links Web Browser

Yo!

Another port I finally got working :)

The Links web browser is now compiled and packaged for the ITs. Enjoy ;)

Very nice, most people may not care about this program but I know I like the command line programs. They may not be very pretty but there seems to be less issues with them. Thanks!

You may be interested in the (non-graphical) links port within MUD - which makes it easier to do these sort of trivial ports.

It should be straightforward to change the MUD version to graphical, although there's probably very little advantage to that with the input-method problem.

The graphical input problem means that in graphical mode you can't read the NY Times because you can't input your username and password.

Ty, that is neat! Nice. As advertised, it loads webpage faster you can blink your eye!

Oh yes, right, the link -g works, only if I can gently blow kiss on the URL to see something :p

Good work, thanks.

What OS are you using? I don't have that side menu on the HE, but it is there on the 06'. It is an xterm feature, not a links... :(

Sorry, maybe go through xterm's menus? Or try to download a new version.

Ah, well, here? something.

If you have a bluetooth keyboard, it does work within the graphical links, which is prettty useful :)

Hey, you are reading too fast. I found out, it is Xterm feature, on Xterm, go file>uncheck tool menu, bing, the menu bar on right vaporised! aint that neat? boy you are reading faster than I can correct my own snoopiness...

I like that links thing, it is so fast.....well, you started it, you finish it, go put a keyboard there, you are hired!

Umm, I have BT GPS, I dont have a BT keyboard.

I am using WinXP Home, I have several win versions up and running in the house, except win 95, win me, win 2000 and Vista pro....want me to try something :D ?
