Are you getting the latest libsdl_ttf from the devel repo? Also, get the -dev package as well and see what happens.

There's another hidden file in the phone under /home/user/.flipClockPrefs.xml
If another alarm didn't sound, can yo send me the file then?? you can attach it in the garage page :)

Do you have any other plugin for profile? The current version of flip clock ONLY play alarm if the profile is not set as slient. Trust me, i learn it the hardway myself on that. I mean if it works...

Would you be able to send us the file name (with full path) as well the ID3 Tag for that file? We will first try to reproduce it by creating a file with the same name and see what happens.

Insomniac mode not working is a known issue.. currently there's a bigger fish to fry... FM radio then insomniac mode will probrably be next.

I think this is an issue with the older version of the flipclock.. make sure you have extra-devel in your repository... or use the deb link from the first post...
the version should be 0.9.7-7

The shade color is adjustable. Simply slide from top to buttom, it should "flip" to the config page and you can change the mood lighting :)

Right now there's no audio preview setup, but you can try to setup the time of the alarm in the next minute to see if it runs.. bottomline, if gstreamer can run it, it will like it..

Are you using N900?
With N900, the insomniac mode does not work at this moment.
With regards to sound, it should take MP3 and anything which your decoder bin accepts. Den's right on the...

In that case you should have flipAlarmSync install.
Type the following command in XTERM again and see what you get.
/usr/bin/flipAlarmSync clear clear clear
It will either give you no Alarm or...
