This worked great,
but I was a ****** and did the "sh .jd.sh " root now I have no rootfs space so how can I uninstall it so I can reinstall it or can I just move the rootfs.
any help would be great

I think the n900 has most apps that any user could want I can see from all the previous posts that some people want improved apps but I cant say that any of the current apps dont fulfil the jobs that...

Thats true but I dont think we will see a 3.55 spoof for the n900 until it is needed for playing something.

Again why do you want a 3.55 spoof, the 3.50 spoof should allow you to do whatever you want.
If you really want the 3.55 spoof try a payload thats already been compiled for android.

The downgrade will work on 3.50 but not 3.55(the latest) I think netflix will work with 3.50,
but if you update from the ps3 then you will go to firmware 3.55 so you'll have to download the the...

do you mean there is no option to install packages on the ps3 when in service mode??

if so then that is ment to happen, service mode is used for downgrading NOT jailbreaking

Well first we need to get into service mode (which ppl are having problems doing)
after we get into factory mode then we have to plug in a usb in the usb slot closest to the disc drive thats in FAT...

I dont really want to sound like a trad, but do we really need to use pl3 since pl3 is for jailbreaking and we are just trying to get in to service mode?

The jig mode is purely for downgrading from v3.50 to an earlier firmware e.g v3.41.
There is already a method of spoofing that will allow you to play a few games like assassin's creed.

Well yer that was always a concern but I had faith in the ps3 scene that they would come up with something by the time I had finished the game.
I did miss all the homebrew stuff like ps1 emulator...
