MAC filtering works great if you know what you're doing. That was my problem. When it comes to wireless networking I'm a newbie. My initial devices were configured for me by the trial software....

Problem solved with help from D-Link Technical Support. The router comes with trial software "Network Magic". It configured the router to turn on an advanced feature "MAC filtering" which only...

I just got the Nokia yesterday. First thing I did was to update the OS to OS2008.

I have two laptops and an Ipod Touch that connect to our wireless network with no problem so I know the router...
