Unhappy Help!! "mymenu" cleared menu

I have installed mymenu from the application manager.
While i was updating the menu i accidently closed the page.
After that my menu only showed some of the applications and i cant even access the...

I typed in the command and then went on application manager. All the catalogues were there. I checked the log and got this information:
