I should've updated this, but I found the only way to get mine to work was only sync about 3 folders + my inbox, for 1 day and my calandar for 2weeks.

It succeeds for about a week then it dies...

hmm the Full sysnc sits on init for a while the goes straight to MfE Settings.. I think something is still wrong.

oh hold on spoke too soon my "Work" email was last updated today however it is empty, if i press send and recieve it just says "Error Occurred"

Couldn't Find deleted items in the list but I disabled just about every folder other than my Inbox, sent Items, sync Issues, and 1 other and it now seems to work..

Well I have had some success. (The problem was policy one, I'd left myself on our default policy which wont let people sync).

However now my calandar syncs fine but I cannot sync emails.

Nope.

The other lads have iphones working (without much effort).

My account is set for activesync and the server allows non-provisioned devices.

Setup as follows

n900 -> squid proxy -> exchange
