I tried fully charged, but when I connect it to the usb with the U key hold it just starts charging, and after a while it starts showing the same message on screen

I have tried all of that, but the problem is that when I connect my phone its not recognized by the computer, or backwards, I know that I should see the usb icon on the top of the screen, but is not...
