I started on developing an application where this should be possible. As user of this application you are able to select what should be done...

hi there,

I did some dbus-monitoring on the N900 and found that the following command pauses the media player:
dbus-send --dest=com.nokia.mafw.renderer.Mafw-Gst-Renderer-Plugin.gstrenderer...

Today I have been trying to create my own headset adapter cable. As already mentioned in this thread, the Bose mobile headset doesn't work on the N900. The pins 3 and 4 are swapped compared to nokia...
