I have 10 days but I wonder whether to send it back and order a new one, or tell them about the problem and ask for a new one/exchange?

After 4 days My N900 has few pixels missing, I mean they always show white colour.............

I wrote 2 weeks ago that Nokia was going to release N900 on 23th of November, info was taken from official Polish Nokia website and no one ever cared to check that :P

Nokia Poland officially says that n900 will be availabe on 23th November (only at Nokia Shop) and after two weeks from that date at other shops, and I actually ordered not at Nokia shop. so...
