I have enabled basic auth but still can't connect. And yes the check accessibility button says everything is fine.
Neither connect automatically nor connect manually work, both say unable to connect...

I've tried with both SSL and without but can't seem to connect via 3G or external WIFI connection. Should this connect automatically if I have entered the remote discovery...

Ok so the sound is fixed now by playing a video?? Weird... Now still gotta get internet access to knots server working. Does anyone know if the libsoup package works as described in the wiki?

It actually happens irrelevant of Bug 5894, if you pause media player with widget once it's been played from main app the system sounds will stop.

Yup I'm having same problem. It also happens if you pause media player with the widget and it's not reponding as in bug 5894 (https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5894).
This is obviously a bug...

Ok I've done some more testing. I've discovered this could be a bug with Media Player widget.
Steps:
I start music playback in media player.
return to desktop.
Press pause on media player...
