I think both sides have valid cases. I was previously with at&t (Cingular) and switched after like 7 months (didn't pay the cancellation fee). I had the worse experience ever and will never go back....

I had the same problem with the 770, and then again with the n800. The solution worked for the n800, so I'm assuming this solution will also work for the 770.
