OK. I'm too impatient to wait on more suggestions so I reflashed my tablet again and skipped the restore step on the first boot. So now with just the OS installed my tablet reports that I have 137.3...

I reflashed and reloaded the tablet. Not sure if there was something I should/could have done to wipe the tablet first? I assumed that a reflash (pre Diablo :-) ) was going to clean the tablet...
