Anyone using Magic Jack with N800?

I know that it works with xp and vista, wondering if anyone figured out a way to use this usb phone with the N800? I can use a bluetooth heeadset with my desktop and it would be great if I could use...

Thanks for the advise, I got another battery (salesman at radio shack let me try the one out of his cell which was charged) and it still did not power up. It is on its way back to buy.com right now....

do not have a battery to swap out, any idea how to charge it if it is completly dead? I thought that I just lost the battery charge icon somehow. Thanks,Steve

first and was unable to get it to show back up. was able to go into navigation and I could see where there was a light check in the box
(was not checked off) and could not figure a way to turn it...
