Well it's a shame. Why should I have to buy a BT GPS? It is one more thing to carry and using the BT uses more battery.

I still have the BT GPS (Touch G66 - awesome unit) - just wanted to know if the root problem had finally been solved.
Was it even addressed in the Wimax edition that come out? If not - poor show...

Not been here in a while - I ended up getting the global touch G66 - it's freaking awesome. Tiny, slim, connects in seconds, battery is good for 5-8 hours.
By the way...was there ever a fix or...

Ah-ha! You gits! i figured it out myself:
My font file file: "LED.ttf"
1) Moved it to /usr/share/fonts/nokia (where i had spied other fonts)
2) Ran fc-cache in Xterm
3) Ran fc-list to confirm...

Hi....I got the directory made...put the "LED.ttf" file in there and ran fc-cache....but still can't see the font in any program.
I read Linux doesn't "do" file extensions...should I rename my...

Ditto on the Diablo/White screen "settings" problem.
I tried the battery out for 10mins then reboot, it didn't work sadly.
Above Vlad suggested creating a "noomweather.txt" in the memory...

A good feature i'd like to see would be an on-screen "distance remaining" display, I know you can find it by tapping, but a it would be nice to see on-screen all the time.
