I tried it and could not get it to work either. If you happen to be at an office that has the Visitor network available, jump on that and use intranet id/pwd when prompted at the first web page you...

says in the shop.nokia FAQ that orders over 30 days old, they will try and contact you to confirm you wish to keep the order.
Were your phone contact details in order on your account for the web...

Myself and a few others I contacted (all Barclaycard VISA), had their cards marked as 'Fraud'.
Meaning if you tried to use the card anywhere else it would have been declined.
Quick call to card...

Just seeing how many people had their shop.nokia.co.uk pre-order canceled suggesting their was a problem with their credit card, but they see no reason why their would have been a credit card issue....
