do you have the hide user agent installed, this was a problem where the hiding of the microb type made ovi think you did not have an updated version of maemo...

did you reflash both image and emmc?

also have you tried not installing fcam and seeing if you can re-start without any problems..

lastly, is your phone overclocked, I recall this being...

tried to go to the ovi store for sh*ts and giggles....its telling me to update my version of maemo and giving me step bys on how to do it........a sign of things to come..........promise im not...
