Thanks for the tips, I tried again (from fresh) and with Songbird it is still only showing the tracks on the N900 in alphabetical order.

Only difference I can see is I am on Windows XP and...

Yes, ripped as wma - although if I use windows media player and rip as wma lossless and convert during sync to wma 64kbps (to save space it is sorting alphabeticaly but loses all album art,...

This is all very interesting, I have been struggling with the track order and album art for a while now...weeks and weeks.

I get the same problem with track order with WMA files...

That would be great..but I am not running Windows 7 therefore not Windows Media Player 12 (Just v11 which does not work) so I am stuck still. Really wish Nokia would see this and bring a fix, been 6...

I have the same problem and have been trying to find a fix for weeks!!

I am not sure if it it the fact the files are WMA as I have tried with MP3 and still had the same problem where all files are...

Thank you Peter@Maemo Marketing for the most informative answer I have seen re MMS. However I agree with Twaelti. MMS is absolutely a must to be incorporated even if many do not use the function....
