  I found the problem... There was an image on that folder /home/user/.wallpapers.png and I deleted it... Now it works... :)

  when i choose the tweak, and it gives me the 7 options for wallpapers it also says:
  mkdir: can't create directory '/home/user/.wallpapers': File exists

  Can someone help me? I cannot change my wallpaper. Tried going over to the gallery, slecting the image but no.... Then I tried the full image tweak and it does not work either... Finally I tried...

  I did not unistall the previous one... The Sept 11 version... Just downloaded the new deb file (1.9mb) and clicked on it... And that is what it says... To any single app I try to install... Think...
