Maybe you need to change the settings for the video being streamed. I forgot which one as I don't have the N900 anymore. Maybe see if your upload speed is sufficient to handle streaming the video....

I still disagree they did not make it clear. It was the first phone that was sold unlocked with T-Mobile 3g bands. And I saw just as much hype and signage for the N97. They did a horrible job...
