  I haven't tried super glue yet I'll probably do that next and I tried pliers but the ones I have are too big.

  Thanks for the reply, I have extra screws I just need to find out how to remove this stripped screw.

  When removing the screws from the back of the display, what did you do if you accidentally stripped a screw head?

  They send you just the unit itself and it usually just comes with the stylus no back cover or battery but my replacement yesterday actually came with the back cover.

  I don't think they ever really fixed this issue, I got my first n900 in January and the usb port broke in May (My fault I tripped over the charger cable and it completely ripped out the usb port.)...
