  SHIPPED! Finally. I'm probably the last of the Nov 20th orders to get shipped. I received email with tracking number at 10:40pm.

  I guess someone canceled because status has now changed to Shipping Soon. But no email and CC still not charged. My non-existent excitement level remains unchanged until I get stinkin' tracking...

  Same sad situation here. Shipping date Dec 4th yet order still shows Not Yet Shipped, no credit card charge, and no "shipped out" email.
