To be honest, I've yet to find any consistency in how application icons are moved from one group to the next...each of the suggested solutions here have worked for different program icon groups...ie....
For a Canadian perspective, TigerDirect Canada, was the best deal I could find. They're shipping is a bit high, but fresh out of the box and a full warranty I couldn't find a better deal...ebay...
