I did download the files for SDict but not getting much further I didn't know that phrase translation was possible. As for Babelfish, yes, I did know about the limitations.... ...

Thanks for the reply!

Perhaps I could have been more clear than to post for a "Conversational Translator" that works like Babelfish, By that I meant that a user could enter a complete sentence...
