I think a new incredible technology has allowed Estel's wisdom (along with everybody else's) to be condensed and available. Such technology is called the "Search" button. I'm also guilty of not using such wizzardry as often as I should, but since you seem quite desperate it might be worth a try until the real Estel responds to your queries.
