Have you considered starting a "donate to taixzo" movement in order to garner funds for new hw like the Jolla? We've seen plenty other examples of that in the Maemo 5x/6x + MeR/Nemo/Sailfish community... Plenty of tools/mechanisms to employ to effectively do so, I'd be surprised if you aren't able to raise enough $.
Do you think that this is a popular enough project for something like that to succeed?
