It was a nightmare to get the Fastboot driver running on Windows 10. Windows 10 somehow wanted to be extra smart and secure and refused to install Sony's driver.

Only after hacking the OS with some shady tool called "Zadig", the driver got installed and the exclamation mark disappeared from Device Manager and fastboot found the device.

After that, everything went smooth.
