In Germany one can also get it from the official Sony online store. This is what I did and used a shipping proxy to transfer it to Bulgaria. I think it is also available in Italy, but the rest of the Sony EU online stores don't sell phones or don't have it available.

One interesting fact: My Xperia XA2 Plus was shipped from UK, in which online store it is not available.

Except for eastern europe there seems to be no competition at all so the prices will most likely remain stable.
