We're two weeks from the deadline, so surely they already considered the issue earlier and already know if and how a no-deal would alter their sale/shipment plans. If they expect no change, then I assume he would have replied just that, but he did not.

I did not reply again on Twitter because I don't want to cause bad PR with additional questions, obviously Chen didn't want to go into details in his reply and I respect that. I would have preferred asking here only but we all know he said he would not chime in this thread any longer.
Of course it can, no-deal brexit changes *everything* about trade and I expect you'll have more pressing concerns like "why is the supermarket empty" and not "when do i get my shiny toy"
