Sadly, both of your posts sound like ancient Egyptian to me. Where do you get those version numbers from, for example?

Store (I think it's Aptoide, but it stopped calling itself anything discernible ages ago, so no idea now) ... 6.5.3.1
Google Play Store ... 22.6.13-16 [0] [PR] 3399115043
Google Play Services ... 20.36.14 (000300-331796208)

It is not a big deal. I am happy updating my game manually, using APK Dowloader
