hello,

as opera mobile 10 is out i was confronted again with the
same problem i had when i first started microb resp. fennec.

how should i import my bookmarks? most browsers follow the
trend to sync bookmarks and other settings online. i
dont know how others think about it but i try to avoid to
shift my personal data from my local hd to the internet
using weave, opera link or whatever. and i dont have
the know-how to build a local server to bypass this but i
am open for it.

i used opera long time ago on my zaurus and it was trivial
to import bookmarks. i exported them from my desktop
browser to a file, transfered and renamed it to opera6.adr
on my zaurus. but things changed and i can't figure out
where the bookmarks etc are saved now on my n900. i tried
to add and delete them to see changes in .opera but no
chance ...

can someone help out? methods for microb and fennec are
also welcome...
