Your N9 currently running DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.450.02.2_PR_LEGACY_450_ARM_RM-696_PRD_signed.bin which used to be available from https://n9.silma.nl although currently offline for a while now. Is this branded Claro, Telecom Argentina or Movistar as it may be very difficult unfortunately to find a firmware version which is not disallowed as a "downgrade", as some of these carrier firmware were the last released ones?
