I got a Nexus 5 when I found out that the display and phone calls are working with mainline Linux. So the plan is to port Maemo Leste to it. It offers several advantages over the existing devices which we already have Leste running on. Main ones are 2GB RAM, Adreno (video acceleration out-of-the-box with Freedreno/Mesa and no blobs required!) and LTE (Droid 4 has LTE but only in the US with Verizon).

As for Plasma, I'm not too bothered with it at the moment. At some point it will land in Debian due to the PureOS porting effort. Once it's in Debian, we'll inherit it automatically in Devuan and Leste and I might try it out.
